    Functional medicine is a patient-centered approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms. It combines advanced diagnostic testing with personalized treatment plans to promote health, recognizing that all our of body systems are interconnected.

    At Cultivate Health, you are empowered to take control of your health! Tailored treatment plans and lifestyle coaching help you reverse chronic symptoms and achieve your health goals. You are given a blueprint for success and mentorship along the way. 


  • Can you Prescribe Medications?

    I believe in using all of the tools in our toolbox! As a physician assistant, I am certified to prescribe medications. If I believe there is a medication that would be beneficial in your treatment plan, I will discuss the risks and benefits with you and we will decide together if it's right for you.

  • Do You Practice Independently?

    While I own and operate Cultivate Health, I value collaboration! I meet with my collaborating physician regularly to discuss patient cases, and work with health coaches to ensure you have the highest level of care to reach your goals. 

  • How do I get started?

    Getting started is easy!
